Shared laundry, without the complications.

A booking page for your building’s washer and dryer. Residents can now guarantee the laundry room is available and theirs to use.

For co-ops and managers:
For residents:

No app. No complicated logins. Running in five minutes.

Canadian owned.

The problem

What laundry day looks like for your residents.

  • “Is the washer available?” Nobody knows without walking to the laundry room.

  • Three flights down with a full basket. Washer’s taken.

  • Using a sign-up board? Times get erased, written over, or never written at all.

  • Weekends? No one’s sure if they’ll get a washing machine.

How it works.

Residents access the schedule, pick a time, and everyone sees the same schedule.

The schedule on a phone: Wednesday picked, Washer 1 and Washer 2 side by side, three times marked Reserved, and one marked Yours from 10:30am to 11:15am.
  1. Step 1: Pick a day.

Tap a day along the top. Reserve for today, or plan ahead for later in the week.

  2. Step 2: See what’s taken.

Blocks marked Reserved are taken by other residents. Any empty space is open.

  3. Step 3: Tap an open time, and it’s yours.

Choose when you’ll start and finish. Your time shows in green, marked Yours, and you can cancel it if your plans change.

What changes

Residents stop guessing. They know the washer is theirs before heading down.

  • Reserve from anywhere.

Reserve a time from your phone or computer. No app to download.

  • One schedule, on everyone’s phone.

If it’s reserved, it’s reserved. Nobody can erase anyone else’s time.

  • An upgrade that residents notice.

Residents can now plan. Laundry goes according to their schedule, not the other way around.

How to set up

Set up once. Then forget about it.

  1. Step 1: The co-op board or manager signs up.

Their name, email, and a few details about the laundry room. Takes about 30 seconds.

  2. Step 2: We send the board or manager everything.

The schedule link, a QR code, and a printable sign for the laundry room. Usually the same day.

  3. Step 3: The board or manager shares it.

They email the schedule link to residents, or put the sign up in the laundry room.

  4. Step 4: Residents reserve a time.

They open the link, type their unit number, and pick a time. Done.

Who it’s for

Created for co-ops, apartment buildings and houses.

If you manage a building, own a walk-up, sit on a strata council or co-op board, or live upstairs from your own tenants, this was made with you in mind.

  • Residents of any age.

If they can use a web browser, they can book a washer.

  • Any phone. Or no phone.

It’s a web page. It works on an old Android, a new iPhone, a laptop, or the tablet in the lobby.

  • A person answers.

Email us and a human writes back, usually the same day. Not a bot, not a ticket number.

Step 1 of 2

Set up your building

For the co-op board, building manager or owner. Your name, your email, and a name for your building. The next step is about the laundry room.

Are you a resident? Request it for your building instead.

The street address is fine: “418 E 44th” or “Maple Court”.

Your email is used to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Request a laundry schedule

Would you like this in your building? It takes two quick steps.

Like 1234 Main Street, or Willow Gardens.

Optional but important. We use this to follow up and let you know the status of your request.
